The following provides more detailed information on the various components of the project:

Agricultural Node
Existing citrus orchards and assessment of areas for additional fruit and nut production with the associated processing plants and pack houses
Bottled water facility

Residential Node
Units of varying densities (approximately 900 units)
5000 m2 Estates (120)
2500 m2 erven with golf course and farm views (120 units)
1500 m2 erven with golf course and farm views (300 units)
1500 m2 erven with dam views (60 units)
750 – 1 000 m2 Residential villas / clusters (300 units)

Hotel and Wellness Centre Node
Country Club and Convenience Facilities Node

(5 hectares) to include existing estate office and stores. The facility will meet day to day needs of the residents as well as niche market needs of visitors and users of the Country Club Facilities.
